Princess Pinky Eclipse Violet

it's been a very, very long time! my money situation is getting better and since my old contacts are.. old.. i got a new pair today. i ordered them about a week ago and they just arrived. these are the princess pinky eclipse violet lenses from pinkyparadise. this is the place where i always get my lenses. they are very subtle, but they're very pretty. enlargement is noticeable and the color is noticeable with flash on cameras and if it's bright outside. i normally take my photos with a natural lighting and with camera flash, but i'm soo lazy right now because of work. it should be obvious though that with flash the lens color WILL show better, so i'm just gonna show you a photo of me wearing the lenses in natural lighting. thank you, sun!

one of my lenses is extremely uncomfortable at times, but the other one is fine. assuming i have a semi-faulty lens, these are comfortable overall. i wore them pretty much half my work shift today and they didn't dry my eyes out or anything. these are kind of similar to the Candy series, but i like these better.

i'm looking forward to ordering the blue ones, even though people say it's not that bright, they still look gorgeous when it's light outside!

i've had these lenses for a while and i like them. i didn't write a separate review for this because they're pretty much the same as the nudy browns, just gray. refer to my review for the vassen barbie super nudy brown for rating and overall review. i haven't had time or the money to be ordering other lenses, but since the semester is done, i plan on working and a small percentage of my pay checks are definitely going to go to lenses. i still have A LOT of them to spare and wear, so maybe i should use those first before ordering new ones. unless pinky paradise comes out with a new lens, i might not be buying or updating for a while.

Review: I've had these lenses for a while, but I've been busy with college to do a review. I have about an hour or so to finish this review and the review for the other pair I've purchased, so I'm gonna run through these really quick! The brown lenses are very comfortable just like the nudy blues, but I wouldn't expect any less since they're the same brands, just different colors. Enlargement for these lenses are big and noticeable, and the color is very subtle. These lenses aren't loud, but they give you a little bit of dark color and the limbal ring is thin and bold, so you get a cute look. Overall, I like the Nudy series because they're big and comfortable, but they lack in the color department a little bit if you aren't in a well lit area or have sun shining right in your face. [REVIEW] G&G Barbie King Size Series

Review: I love this brand and this style so much, I’m trying to catch them all (lame Pokemon reference)! These are a 14.5mm lens, colors like Green and Grey are noticeable as the Brown and Pink aren’t so much. I do not have Aqua or Violet, but I am working to get those and will definitely update when I do get them! My brown lenses feel uncomfortable, but I may just have a bad set of lenses. Green are super comfortable as are my gray and pink lenses. Apparently, this particular lens is most popular in Japan and Korea because they give a naturally noticeable enlargement. If your eyes aren’t huge or are small, then yes, you’ll definitely get the enlarging, dolly effect. Overall, I love this style. Review: I only have the brown and pink for this series, sorry. These were the first lenses that I purchased on my own (first pair, BF bought for me) I didn't like how they looked that much.. so I didn't bother to buy the others. Other than than, my first pink and brown lens! I saw a review for the pink ones on YouTube and I fell in love with how it looked! I should have known a little better though because her eyes were brown as mine were dark brown/black. So hopefully, this might give you a little more insight on how it looks IF you have dark brown eyes. Maybe it won’t be what you’re expecting, maybe it will be. I’ve noticed that circle lenses that have a bold limbal ring (the dark ring around the color of the iris) make the enlargement smaller than intended. These circle lenses are 14.5mm which is the usual enlargement size for circle lenses. Lenses to vary from 14.0mm to 15.0mm and even 16.0mm. I have big eyes, so 14.5mm enlargement isn’t too noticeable. These lens are good to use for a whole year and could last a bit longer if you take really good care of them. Review: First off, let me say that this was the fastest shipping ever. I purchased the 4-7 express shipping and my lenses were shipped out on the 8th and I got them today, on the 11th. So, it took three [3] days to get here. Tracking said it would be here by May 14th, so props to FedEx for being speedy this time around. I do not recommend standard shipping with PinkyParadise unless you live in and/or around Malaysia. (your shipping might get there faster and it might be cheaper.. or even free since you'd be so close.) USA customers, get priority or express shipping.

Since I just got these lenses today, I can show you how it looks when you get it. I like to put my contacts in sterile solution before actually wearing them. Technically, you can wear them straight out of the vial, but I like to rinse them off before putting them in. Some people like to let their lenses sit over night in sterile solution.. well, whatever makes ya happy! I set them in and shake them around a bit. Makes me happy.

Enlargement on these lenses.. you can tell there's enlargement! Big plus! Like your typical blue lens on dark eyes, the blue isn't bright. They look dark blue, but you can tell your eyes aren't black or brown.. you can tell they're.. blue. It's subtle, but it's nice. I like it more than the DM23 blue lenses or the aqua lenses that I have. Excuse my eyeballs, I've only been awake for about an hour and thirty minutes and I'm not gonna lie, I'm still sleepy. z__z

I've been wearing these lenses for about 30 minutes and they're pretty comfortable. Being tired and having them in is a tab bit uncomfortable.. my eyes feel like I've been swimming in a pool with my eyes open for a while. I don't feel any lens discomfort or any shifting around on my eyeball, so I'm gonna go ahead and say that these lenses are comfortable. You can't go wrong with 42% water content, let me tell ya.

Anyways, for a blue lens, these are pretty good. My eyes look dark blue, you can tell my eyes are blue and not brown or black. If you want something brighter, I don't know what to tell you.. YET. I know the Princess Pinky Twilight Blue is a very, very loud and very, very bright light blue, but it's so unnatural looking, I wouldn't recommend it.. unless that's what you're looking for. I'd probably never try those lenses out unless PinkyParadise gave me those lenses to review, so.. yep. There ya have it.
